The Maricopa County Justice Court in Arizona has ordered the eviction of Bad Rama from a rental property

The Maricopa County Justice Court in Arizona has ordered the eviction of Bad Rama from a rental property in Phoenix, Arizona. The ruling follows a lawsuit filed by Basil Maseveriyo, the property owner, who sought legal intervention after Bad Rama refused to pay rent or vacate the premises.

On February 12, 2025, Bad Rama posted a video expressing his distress, claiming that his legal dispute with Basil was unjust. He alleged that the documents used in the case against him were forged. However, he did not provide specific details about the lawsuit.

In his video, Bad Rama asserted that Basil took him to court after he demanded payment of $30,000 for work they had done together in the past. Despite making these claims, he did not explain the full context of their disagreement but assured his followers that he would reveal more details soon.

Although Bad Rama did not disclose the court’s ruling, IGIHE obtained official documents confirming that the verdict was issued on February 12, 2025.

The Maricopa County Justice Court ruled that Bad Rama must vacate Basil’s property after failing to pay $6,900 in rent. In addition to eviction, the court ordered him to settle the outstanding rent owed to the landlord.

Reports indicate that Bad Rama had been living in Basil’s property in Arizona. After struggling to pay rent and resisting eviction requests, the landlord sought legal action, leading to the court’s final decision on February 12, 2025.
