MENYA UKWEZI KU MUGORE !
Ukwezi ku mugore (cyangwa menstrual cycle mu Cyongereza) ni urugendo rusanzwe rw’ihindagurika riba mu mubiri w’umugore buri kwezi, ruteza isohoka ry’amaraso binyuze mu gitsina.
