Unywa itabi ariko haribintu byinshi utazi! menya ingaruka zo kurya itabi n’uburyo warivaho burundu*

Itabi ni kimwe mu bintu bikoreshwa cyane ku isi, ariko abantu benshi barinywa batazi neza cyangwa badashobora gusobanura neza ingaruka zaryo.   • Indwara z’umutima: itabi rituma imitsi y’amaraso iziba, bigatera umutima kurwara.
  • Kanseri zitandukanye: ku kanwa, igifu, umwijima, urwagashya, n’izindi.
  • Kugabanuka k’ubudahangarwa: guhora kwa muganga  kenshi, kwivuza  ntubashe gukira vuba.
  • Gusaza vuba: uruhu ruba rucitse intege, iminkanyari ikaza kare, uruhu rw’umaganye.
  • Kubura ubushobozi mu mibonano mpuzabitsina (impotence) ku bagabo.

5. Ushobora Guhagarika Itabi!

Kureka itabi birashoboka kandi bitangira kugirira akamaro umubiri wawe ako kanya. Nyuma y’amasaha make urihagaritse:

  • Umwuka wawe utangira guhumeka neza
  • Ibara ry’amenyo ritangira kugaruka
  • Umutima utangira gukora neza
  • Ukagira ubushake bwo gukora siporo
  • Ugasubirana ubushobozi bwo kwishimira ubuzima
